Sign Ideas?

Between being sick with a nasty case of strep,
missing work for two days,
doing NOTHING all weekend
{which is not something I EVER do}
and now trying to get caught back up at school and home,
I am WAYYYYYYYYYY behind.

 So I need YOUR help.
I need IDEAS!
I need ideas sweet people!

What's a quote or saying you'd like me
to make a printable sign out of for your classroom?
Leave me a comment and let me know your idea.
There will be a special prize for the one I choose!

  1. It is so funny you asked. I have 3that I have been hoping you would make! The first is everyone has different abilities, it is what you do with your abilities that makes a difference. The next is the person you encounter is often more than the person you see (from a children's book I read last year but can't remember which one if I fig it out I will post again) and lastly since you can not do good to all you are to pay special attention to those who, by accidents of time, or place, or circumstance, are brought into closer connection with you.

    Thank you for asking!!!!!

  2. I am so LOVING your blog! Thanks for making and sharing so many wonderful printables....my peeps think I am the most awesome teacher in the building! Of course, I pass them your blog and they love it to. Okay...my favorite quote right now..."There is always a choice about the way your do your work, even if there is not a choice about the work itself."
It is in a book called "FISH: A remarkable way to boost morale and improve results" by Stephen C Lundin, Harry Paul and John Chirstensen.

  5. I tell my sweet third graders this all the time...."You are not better than anyone else and no one is better than YOU!" It really creates a family feeling in our room and makes them understand that we are all the same in God's eyes.

  6. "Whatever you are, be a good one." - Abraham Lincoln

I've used this quote often with my 8th graders.

  7. Some that I have found that I like:
-"Love me when I least deserve it because that is when I really need it" I need to remember this one when my students are a little crazy.
-"I'll take character over reputation. Character is what you really are, while reputation is merely what others think you are."
