Furbles is a wonderful piece of demo software that would be great for
 sorting, categorizing, and graphing.

On the home screen you can toggle the color, shape,
and number of eyes to choose the properties the group of Furbles will have.
After you have made your color, shape, and # of eyes choices,
click ok to see your Furbles.

On the left side of the screen there are several buttons.
The star randomly chooses a furble.
The shoe mixes up your furbles.
The wrench allows you to edit a furble.
The X takes you back to the home screen.

At the bottom of the screen you will see three buttons
(and several that are grayed out since this is a demo version).
The red button is to create a bar graph,
the orange button is to create a circle graph,
and the green button is to create a sort.
Choosing the bar or circle graph will give you a menu that looks like this:
where you can choose which category or categories to graph.

Once you've made your choices, a video of the graphing takes place.

The last button (green) on the bottom is a sorting button.
This button allows you to choose a category for sorting purposes.

  1. Shopping for a digital camera is daunting. Aside from the fact that there is such a huge variety to choose from, there is a surprising -lack- of knowledge on the part of the sales staff in the typical large electronics chains. Here we will sift through the jargon and give you some guidelines to make an informed choice.
