Games Rock. Seriously.

NOTE: If you had trouble downloading the games
from Google Docs I am so sorry.

I've fixed it so they will download as a zipped file
and you won't lose the animation and sound files.
(Who knew Google Docs didn't support animation? What is up with that?)

Please try again here and
thank you so much for your patience!

Please email me (
if you have any trouble or
would like me to send you a CD of the games!

I presented a session at the TCEA conference today on games and had a fabulous crowd of teachers.  For those of you coming here for the first time....

To find the games I showed during the session, just click on the words TCEA Games Rock on the far right side. There you will find the games I shared available for you to download from either Google docs or from

A few things to remember:

  • Most PowerPoint games can be edited straight from the Outline tab on the left side.

  • All PowerPoint games have directions in the Notes section on the first slide.

  • On the Jeopardy games, if you'd like to change the category names, click on the word Find (on the Home tab) and then choose Replace.

  • To embed your fonts in your Word doc or PP, click the Windows button in the far left corner, then choose the Word Options or PP Options at the bottom of screen.

Then choose the word Save on the left side.
At the bottom of the new page choose Embed fonts in the file.

You can access my Livebinders by clicking on the Livebinders & Weblists words at the top of this page and go here to set up your own Livebinder account.

If you are looking for something specific see the tags over to the left side.
Clicking on any word will show you all of the posts that deal with that topic.

Since Valentine's Day is right around the corner,
I've posted some great resources here and here!

Please feel free to email me at if you have any questions!
