New Math Apps

I have a list of some great free and paid Math apps for the
iPhone or iPod Touch on my school webpage.

Here are a few new great math apps that I've seen recently:

Description from the App Store: Addition House makes every girl a MathGirl! Build your own customized play house by getting faster at adding flowers. A fun game designed for girls + an engaging “right-brain” approach to numbers + cute, fresh graphics = Math Success.  Addition House will help players move from counting on figures to visualizing how many. Players move from 1+1 to 99+9 by exploring groupings of flowers.

Description from the App Store: Students will have the opportunity to practice rounding decimals in a fun way with Rounding Decimals. There are six levels that include rounding decimals to the nearest whole number (unit), tenths, and hundredths. The goal is to round as many numbers correctly in under 30 seconds. High scores are saved and the user even has the opportunity to visit a short tutor section to learn how to round decimals. Rounding Decimals is a nice addition for students who have already used Rounding Whole Numbers.
