Some of the site is by subscription only, but they also have lots of free stuff.  Here are some animated story songs 

and here are some short classic songs. 

Speakaboos is another great site full of stories and songs that has a subscription section but also several free items as well. 

Here are pages of songs and a search engine where you can search by author, celebrity, grade level, reading level, and if the songs are free or not. 

Boowa and Kwala is a fun site for little ones with tons of animated songs for kids. 

Sillybooks.net also have lots of animated songs for children.
